ABOUT
ME!
Welcome! Kiera was born and raised in Newington, Connecticut, right outside of Hartford, and is thrilled to be spending some time back home after a few years away! She grew up in the world of theatre, spending her childhood summers in the rehearsal room of her parents' company, Capital Classics Theatre Company. She began dancing and acting at a young age, working with Jacques d'Amboise and his National Dance Institute as a student and a dance captain for many years.
When the time came for Kiera to attend high school, she enrolled in the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts for dance, but quickly decided to instead pursue acting. Towards the end of her high school experience, she knew she needed to continue in the theatre and ended up studying acting at the collegiate level. In May of 2020, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Actor Training from the Hartt School at the University of Hartford. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with University Honors and a minor in English. Kiera moved to Philadelphia postgrad and had a blast exploring the theater and food scene for over 3 years! She recently made the bittersweet decision to say goodbye to Philly and head to the big(ger) city! You can find her in NYC come Fall 2024!
News
Kiera recently wrapped up the Greater Hartford Shakespeare Festival, where she starred as Katherina in Taming of the Shrew and Horatio in Hamlet.
She is now looking forward to moving to NYC this fall!
